BUSINESS AND LOAN WORKOUTS 

Assisting banks and other institutional lenders in negotiations with financially troubled businesses to repay and restructure debts is part of our practice. We also represent debtor businesses in their ongoing relationships with secured lenders, taxing authorities and trade creditors, helping these clients continue to do business by obtaining needed products and services through payment plans and debt restructuring. Examples include:

• Representing banks in the foreclosure and sale of commercial real estate
• Negotiating and documenting forbearance agreements on behalf of lenders and business clients

• Prosecuting foreclosure of security interests in assets, including replevin and sale of collateral.
